Whats New in the Community
Engage founders Onehundredhours in the studio...Onehundredhours is presently in the studio recording their new album. The band launched EngageHIVAIDS.com in April 2004 with the iThemba AIDS Foundation and lead singer Tre Sheppard serves as the director of EngageHIVAIDS.com.
Tre sent this message from the studio today:
"We're all excited about this new record and we're having a blast making it. But one of the most important things for us beyond the rock n roll is that the band and the music are a platform for change and a vehicle for a message. The HIV/AIDS crisis is very close to our hearts so you can be sure we'll be ringing the alarm for our friends in Africa... and singing of the Hope that can still be found."
You can follow the band's progress at Myspace.com/onehundredhours. The new album will be released by Survivor Records this summer.
