When your credit/debit card expires, your donations to Engage will stop immediately. You need to reactivate the agreement by updating your credit/debit card details in the WorldPay Shopper Management System (SMS). You will receive an email from WorldPay to remind you to do this. The WorldPay website is at www.worldpay.com

Alternatively, you could set up a standing order from your bank account instead of donating through WorldPay. This would save Engage paying transaction fees and unless you change your bank, the payment will keep going until you choose to cancel it. Download standing order form (PDF 52KB).

If you wish at any time to change your donation amount or cancel your credit/debit card subscription (FuturePay agreement), either log in to the WorldPay Shopper Management System (SMS) or if you no longer have the necessary log in details, contact your bank or card provider to request the change or cancellation. If you donate via a standing order, you need to contact your bank if you wish to change the amount or cancel it. Please let us know when you cancel a regular payment so that we can cancel the texts.

Changes to the text service

In an effort to better manage the text service, we’ll be dropping the number of weekly texts from 3 per week to 2 per week. The £6 charge for the service will remain the same as will the content of facts, updates and prayers for the HIV/AIDS crisis. Thanks to our policy of 100% action, all of your £6 donation goes directly to the work on the ground. 

Of course, if you’d rather not continue the Engage Text Service due to this change or for any other reason, please let us know via email and we’ll remove you immediately. Hopefully though, many of you will not only stay on, but invite and encourage your friends to join as well!
